Pepper soup is one delicacy that is hard to turn down. With all the scrumptious meats or in most cases, fishes, how is one expected to turn down this dish?
Stay tuned as I walk you through my pepper soup recipe.
First, I will start of by saying that I use a special pepper soup spice to take my dish to a whole new level. If you are based in Abuja or its environs, you can contact me on how to get this special pepper soup spice.
INGREDIENTS USED:
Assorted meat or cat fish
Pepper soup spice of your choice
2 large red bell peppers
5/6 Scotch bonnet peppers
Scent leaf
1 ball of red onion
2/3 Seasoning cubes or powder
Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
First wash your meat or fish properly and bring to boil.
Add your seasoning cubes, onions, pepper, pepper soup spice, and salt to the meat or fish, and leave to boil properly.
Once the soup is half boiled, you add your scent leaf and leave to cook properly till your meat is tender.
Yum yum!! Your pepper soup is ready for consumption.

You can serve this with boiled yam, plantain, rice, potato, or better still, agidi.
