How to prepare crispy prawns.

If you are a lover of prawns like myself, you’ll find this recipe really helpful. The shocking thing is that, this recipe is so easy to make.

Just sit back and read on, whilst I guide you through the steps.

Ingredients:

Fresh prawns

Corn flour

3 fresh eggs

1 Seasoning cube

I tea spoon of chilli powder

3/4 cup of water

Groundnut oil

Salt

Procedure:

First wash your prawns properly with salt water, rinse and set aside.

Bring a clean bowl, add 3 eggs and 1 cup of corn flour and mix till you get a smooth consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little water to lighten it up a bit, but let it not get too watery.

Then you add a pinch of salt, one seasoning cube and 1 tea spoon of chilli powder to the egg and flour mix. (You can add some sugar if you want it sweetened a little)

Next, you’ll add your prawns to the egg and flour mix, and ensure the sauce coats the prawns properly.

Then you deep fry your prawns in groundnut oil on medium heat.

Make sure you stir the prawns gradually to prevent it from getting burnt.

Once it’s golden brown, your crispy prawn is ready.
